Unauthorised debit orders
I had a car insurance policy with budget that I cancelled the same day I opened it. When I was cancelling the policy the guy was very rude to me he was refusing for me to cancel the policy. He ended up sending me a cancellation letter but to my surprise money is deducted from my account, I never even authorised their Debit check. I keep on reversing the debit order and I'm tired. Every time I call the company they claim to be having network issues. I am not impressed with this whole situation, stop debiting money from my account.

02 Feb 2024, 08:33Update, there was a lady called Bongiwe Gumede who called me 7 days ago but said my "network is terrible". She proceeded to send me an email which I responded to but that was all. Nothing is cancelled as yet and I am running out of patience.
