UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER FOR POLICY ***
I am not very satisfied with Budget Insurance, I cancelled my policy 3 months ago but you continue to keep my debit order active. I dont know whether you understand when I said to cancel my debit order and policy, instead you cancel your sister company's debit order Auto & General Vehicle warranty, why? I need Insurance policy number: *** to be reinstated without loosing my status and benefits.
Kindly provide me with 3 months refund.
