Unauthorised debit order

After taking out Car Insurance someone phone me from Budget to take out Scratch,dent and tyre cover. I told the sales person to send me the details so I can take a look at it. And will contact Budget if im interested, but will not be taking the cover now.

Now a few months down the line a Debit Order went off my account that I didn't authorise. Watch as I cancel my insurance. It won't be long now as this is not how a business should be run
