Unauthorised debit order

I was insured with Budget and my vehicle was written off in December, insurance was then cancelled as I refused to insure any other contents with them. To my surprise they debited my account month end for a non existent vehicle they wrote off on a policy I clearly stated I wanted cancelled. Now they are giving me the run around with refunding the premium
