*****ulent and manipulative
I’ve been faithfully paying budget insurance over 4 years. The sad part is that they have manipulated my premium from the initial R870 to R2236 over 61% incremental adjustment. No proper communication is done, I just realise funds going out of my account. Recently I requested via their app to pay me my cash bonus and their own calculation said I will receive the payback on the 02 May 2025 but they failed to pay me. Instead the increased my premium to R2236 and also increased my excess. This is pathetic and reveals how *****ulent most insurance companies are.
