Tyre claim
I got Tyre puncture on 26th of May 2025 I was stuck in the middle of Road with my kids, i called budget insurance for road assistance We waited for almost 4-5 hours with no assistance they kept saying someone is coming to assist me They never pitched until a good somaritan came to our rescue and helped us. They never called me to find out if I ended up being helped or whatsoever.
It didn't end there, I have a Tyre insurance with them i have tried to claim with them i did as per their Request I have sent my claim on previous Monday, No response till now.
I am really frustrated as customer right now ? I am just wondering if this is what I have signed up for?
