Tyre and Rims

I log a claim for Tyre and Rims two weeks ago I have to follow-up with them everyday no one is calling me back to update me. When I called today I consulted informed me that they approved my claim and they emailed my documents toTiger wheels and Tyre yesterday and advice me to go to Tiger wheels they will assist me. I went to Tiger wheels they never received any documents from Budget insurance I'm a fool now
