Tyre and rim claim

I'm really disappointed on Budget Insurance, I did a claim in April for a tyre replacement and 2 rims repairs but I was only assisted with a the tyre replacement but till to date still waiting for the 2 rims repairs which it was requested of me to send or get a quotation which I did from Tiger Wheel. I did make follow ups with no assistance or even getting a call back back to let me know what could be the hold up to the claim. Its the end of September and I am still waiting.
