TWO OPPOSITE EXPERIENCES IN ONE!!

My client in Phuthaditjhaba FS had a car accident on the 10/02/2023 but surprisingly NO ASSESSMENT DONE TO DATE.

This is an appalling type of a service, bearing in mind the following: 1. This is a lady we are talking about. 2. Safely for women in South Africa is such a great challenge as it is. 3. She is working in the rural area of Qwaqwa 4. She reports to work at 07:30 and leaves for home arround 19:00 5. She needs a transport to commute on a daily basis.

WHEN IS THE ASSESSOR GOING TO ASSESS HER CAR?

BUT I called them I came across a very decent by the name of Nokuphuwa. She is a real gift to budget I just wonder if they realize that. 1. She was the most friendly person I met in years 2. She was a good listener 3. She responded and handled our complaint to my satisfaction.

She deserves either a raise, promotion or at least a token of appreciation.
