Trying to contact budget

Budget is 1 of the worst insurers in SA to get a hold of for ckaims, the number on there website and insurance policy is invalid, been trying since yesterday afternoon and this morning to file a claim, tobhave it sorted before i start work today, it is impossible to get a hold of them, and road assist will only transfer you but no answer on the other end, yet they call you all hours of the day when they want to sell you insurance, but are unavailable when you need to claim. Will be changing my insurer in the course of October 2024
