Trust Issues

I have been with Budget for ages and changed my policy with the retentions team.

The agent didn't advise that the change would be immidiate and this resulted in my claim to repair my windscreen being rejected.

I called again and I was told that the person handling my case would call me and I never received a call back.

To add on top, I was told I would be credited and instead I was charged in full
