Troublesome

<p> For the past 5 years I`ve been trying to get my Bakkie fixed. They send me for qoutations but as soon as the quotations reach them they don`t even bother to give feedback on the claim submitted. I took out a Scratch and Dent policy for the bakkie the day I bought the bakkie. They recommend me to the same spypainting shop everytime Knowing that my problem won`t be resolved. As soon as I phone them they keep on referring me to somebody else untill I came back to the first person I was talking to.I don`t know if I must cancell my Insurance or if I must wait untill they fix my bakkie. The bakkie needs to be painted to get rid of all the scratches. After all this years of struggling to get my bakkie painted , more scratches appeared. Can you please follow up on this concern?</p>
