trouble with car repair

<p>my car was damaged after a guineafowl flew into my car and ripped of the mirror. i submitted a claim and was informed by the insurer the damage was less than my excess. i repaired my car at the recommended panelbeater and am satisfied with the repairs. when i fetched my car i was informed the damage was R3500.00 more than my excess. i paid the panelbeater and contacted the insurer telefonically. i was informed to send the receit to the claims department. i did this twice with no reaction. the panelbeater showed me the quote they send to Budget and it was for the amount they charged. i would like to get my money i paid more than the acess back</p>
