Treating custumers badly

I collected my car on the 12th May after it was done at the panelbeters(Renew-it). This is following an accident that happened on the 2nd March.

It was made clear that the damages on my car where only on the front of the car, not inside nor on the engine. Those weren't supposed to be touched.

When I collected it, the panel beater told me that my oil deep stich was having issues and i need to buy a new 1. that there was no oil in my car because the deepstick is broken and needs to be replaced, the added some cello- tape to make it hold. I was confused because I new my car oil deepstick never had issues but wanted my car and thought I would come back to it.

On Monday the15th May I called Budget and noted there are things I didn't understand on my car. for those I wasn't sure, checked my self assessment pictures. There are scratches on my car that are new, My car navigator, my oil deep stick and there is a button missing next to my gear inside the car. I spoke to a guy whose name i do not remember and noted all this. He said that a call has been logged and the assessor has been notified and it should take more than a week for me to get help. It has now been 1 month and a week.

I spoke to renew it and they advised that they got the car as it was, Even shared some pictures that they took 3 days after the car was with them. I thought since I did not have a contract with them, neither did I take the car to the , Budget Insurance did, and because of that, I had no business fighting with them.

During this period, I have been calling almost weekly and each time I was told the same lie, We are escalating this to the manager and the manager of the assessor so this can be resolved quickly but I don't think Budget knows what quickly means. The second person I spoke to was Lungile Ndlovu herein copied who also sent me an email at my request. I cant remember the 3rd lady but the call was very long and she kept putting me on hold. The the Fourth lady was Nokwanda Meyiwe, she advised that her manager will call me. She also escalated and called me later to check if anyone called me and she was shocked no-one did. And today I spoke to Talia earlier at 11:37. She told me that Nokwanda's manager, will call me , I was clear that I do not believe he will and wanted to speak to him on the spot. Talia went to look for him and I think his name is Peter, she found him in a meeting, in a boardroom she said, and that he promised to call me as soon as he is done in the meeting. I advised her I believe he is lying because a week ago he promised the same and am the idiot that is still waiting.

I also bought a new battery , this was because in the week I took my car, the battery started giving me issues and I had to call Budget a few times for a jump start. This was because renew-it kept my car for too long and in that period they were not starting it. This was an unanticipated cost but for my own safety and sanity i bought a new 1.

How much more am I supposed to remain your idiot while I don't know what else was ****** from my car and what else was damaged? Am I supposed to go to the ombudsman before I am listened to. Are you going to pay for all the airtime and my personal time I am using in following up with you while I am treated like an idiot? Is it because I am a woman who is black that my voice seems to not matter?

I deserve compensation for this ill treatment but mostly I want my car at the state it was on those things that were never damaged before. And i need this mater resolved so I can find an insurer who cares.
