tramatic experience and my insurace that made it worse

<p>i was involved in an accident, assaulted by SAPS on 23/12/2016, denied medical attention by police,my car was towed without my permission. reported the incident to my insurance Budget insurance and o located my car in one of the local towing services. on my way back home, my car was knocked again on the 31/12/2016 and i reported the second incident to my insurance, they started investigations which lasted 5 weeks.</p> <p>both my claims were could not be honoured, my insurance says i was not truthfull in my statements and i will no longer be covered even though i feel and i did everything in my power to assist and gave all the information to the best of my ability, i even gave my previous insurance letter they requested. they say the police who arrested me found open beer in my car and when i asked where in the car the beer was found they say m beeing technical, now my car has to be towed to me and my cover will be lost. there is a pending case of this incident and the results are not yet out but my insurance has already decided to stop my cover..</p> <p> </p> <p>i really need assistance and i can not afford to fix my car on my own.</p> <p>my policy no: ********** 97</p>
