TOWING SERVICE NOT PROVIDED
I experienced a breakdown today and was shocked to learn that my policy does not cover towing. In the 8+years I have been with your company, this was never clearly communicated to me.
Unfortunately, I cannot justify paying R800 per month for a policy that does not provide assistance when I need it most. As a result I will be cancelling my cover and moving to another insurer that better meets my needs
