Tow-In Service & Road Side Assistance

Please explain this to me. Your consultant confirmed i have roadside assitance and Tow-in assistance. But when we need you to help as my husband is stuck next to the road, you inform him you can only tow 40km and if more than than, he needs to pay cash R600 - he is 58km away from home!!!!!!! This is really unacceptable. Where does this show in my policy agreement ? When you take your debit order monthly you have no issues but when attempting to get a service, you conveniently find a way to further make it diffucult and get even more money. You do NOT live up to your promises when advertising your company. May I add, you even offer my husband to stop at the ATM on the way to draw the money!! I will be seeking a new company for insurance. You will not get my money any longer. Pathethic - As usual, always little fine print somewhere !
