Took my money

I cancelled my insurance with budget insurance because they took more than they were suppose to from my bank account and when I called to cancel, I was told that I will get my money back. a month later I called them again to find out why I haven't received my money yet. they told me that my refund was declined and they investigated the calls. The extra money they took I was not informed about when I app**** for insurance, but they claim that I was. so that's why they wont pay me back. I am not happy at all.
