Too much to ask for???
<p>Requested a copy of my business inusrance policy document. Spoke to Alru Gebhardt on 26 November - He asked that I email him some info before he'll be able to action my request. Info was emailed to Alru same day and I am yet to receive a response. </p> <p>30 Nov spoke to another call centre agent who, quite happily added extra costs on my profile and PROMISED that the email containing the info I require is "on its way"...... Needless to say..... I'm STILL waiting!!!</p>
Spoken to Alru today - Not sure why it never reached my inbox (or Junk folder), but Alru sent me proof that he emailed the info to me same day as my inital request. Alru resent it while I waited on the line.
