Too much billed
On my documents from budget insurance when I joined it states that when I get an accident I will pay access of R3000 but then now I got an accident they want me to pay R6000 of which I was never told about.and they don't even call me to follow up on my claim I always call them and they promise to call me back but they never returned any of my call.
