Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by a gentleman called Thendo, oh what a gentlemen. The guy listened to my frustrations about the high premium I was paying part from me being a client for six years and decreasing car value. He tried by all means possible to make me comfortable and get me the best deal possible. Even went an extra mile with his manager to even call for the second time to give me an even better deal coz I was looking for a deal lesser than R700. We eventually were able to come to an agreement after making a few changes with proper advise. Thank you Thendo and your manager
