**** to and misinformed

On the 12th I called budget insurance to inquire about the vehicles I've insured with them. 1. I went into their app and found out that my access was R7600 which I did agree to for my ford fiesta, 2. They said the car is white instead of red, and I changed that. 3. This surprised me because the inspection was done and pictures uploaded. 4. I asked if my BMW is covered for roadside assistance and I was advised by 2 consultants that it is indeed covered. 4. I was advised to change the cover that I have for the BMW, I had covered my car for 3rd party liability of which I was paying approximately R115 for it, the lady from retention advised I change cover to have the one that has 3rd and if my is ****** and not recovered they will pay the retail price. 5. I kept on asking if the BMW is covered for tow truck assistance and the answer was always yes. 6. Today I needed tow truck assist and I'm advised that the car is not covered. I have been sent from 1 department to the other, 3 departments just to correct. I was misinformed and **** to, which is against CPA ACT 68 of 2008
