Tire Claim ( Disappointed)

I am so disappointed with budget. I'm fuming mad right now, such dishonesty and lies. I am writing to complain about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received. I submitted a claim for my two tires for which I specifically took out a policy to cover them including scratch and dent. I was only paid out R625 for damage to both tires after I submitted my receipt to them, Really budget?????? I'm so disappointed. I kindly ask you to resolve this problem at the earliest by paying me a reasonable amount. I really do hope you handle my case in a top-urgent fashion and provide an adequate solution fast.
