Till today nothing from useless budget!!!!
Hayi budget insurance is still useless I was warned but no I just had to see for myself as I trusted it for its years in the business. Well someone responded and then a lady from claims gave me a number for a dealership stating I should make an appointment, which I did and the lady from dealership stated she will find out from budget and get back to me till today a month has gone by and yet another deduction will be done on my account for petty useless service n budget never bothered to follow up. I'm utterly disgusted n furious with this insurance company worst service n best cons in the business. I curse the day I took budget as my car insurance. <br>

The claim that you are referring to is not against your Short Term policy, but rather a value added policy, and the claim falls under the value added department as well.
