Three weeks outstanding pay back from budget insurance

Budget is,still didn't pay me back for my claim I was told last week that they r sending the driver to .collect the document this,morning I called in again they r still waiting for the document, not sure whether do they really want to pay back my money that tooj almost three weeks to be paid, um repating I cannot refer anyone to budget insurance they don't have good customer service when it comes to pay back it's good for them when you pay premium on a monthly basis bcs it benefits them
