Three hours to respond to a Road Assistance

At 06h30, i called Budget insurance and spoke to Thato who assisted me efficiently and quick. I was sent an SMS at 06h48 with name of the Abraham and contact details. At 06h42, I decided to call Abraham and he told that he is 40 min away its too far for him Budget should get someone closer to me. At 07h03, someone from road assist(Budget) called to confirm that Abraham will be coming and i explained to him that Abraham said they must get someone close by because he is far from me. the person on the other line insisted that Abraham will come. At 08h08, The Gentlemen from Road Assist called me and i told him the person has not arrived and he promised to call me back, he is checking the whereabouts of Abraham. At 08h08, I decided to call Abraham and he said he is in Zambesi and i am in Centruion which only shows that he won't make it. At 08h39, the gentleman from Road Assist calls me, to check if he has arrived and i told him no. Then he said he will get back to me but he never called back. At 08h57 i decided to call Budget insurance in order to get a way forward. At 09h11 I received another sms with the name of Dumisane, He arrived at 09h23 who was very helpful and came to my rescue.

My issue here is that i had to wait for three hours just to jump start my car, i can only imagine if i am in an accident or stuck in a dangerous place what will happen to me and my family. I am not happy with how things were handled. just imagine if i had to take my kids to school.
