THREATS

I am so disappoint in such a big company that's busy threatening to sell my fiancé's car. He was told to pay a release fee since they took forever to fix the car and he did just that then later demanded R13000 for storage, I mean what is he paying the "insurance" for? to be threatened or to be helped ? My fiancé was involved in an accident on the 26th of February 2022 and his been so patient with this particular insurance and did as he was told, now that he is wanting to have his car back then he is suddenly getting threats that his car will be sold, however they are debiting his account monthly and REFUSING to fix his car.

I am honest DISAPPOINTED in this INSURANCE and wouldn't even twice in RECOMMENDING to anyone!!
