This type of claws about additional access must be discussed with the client from the beginning,
5 months after I joined budget insurance I had an accident on N3 late coming from JHB a piece of still broke by head light and when I called to claim I was told that I had an extra access of R4000 which I wasn't told about when I joined. I was told that its in the fine print on the policy.
