This service is very poor

I was hijacked at the gate where I stay,it was on Monday,they wanted to take me also and I refused,the neighbor that I was with also managed to escape,I ran to one of our neighbors house they were trying to shot me,my mom came out from the house screaming and other neighbors started to come out but my car was gone by that time,I called the tracker and went to the police station and after the police came and took the statement and photos also Charles from budget came,he even went to ask my neighbors and even called them,now when I call to get the update they telling me that Charles still needs to call my uncle who stays at kriel who was not even there and not even staying with us,now his busy trying to trick my troumatised mom with many questions,still today my claim is not finalized
