Third-party Insurance Partners Issues
I am a committed Budget Insurance Motor Vehicle Policy Holder and I am very disappointed with how First Road (National) Towers treated me as they stole my expensive umbrella and car keys holder after towing my vehicle during an accident at N1 South near Diepkloof in Soweto last month. My vehicle was taken to Renew-It in Greenstone for repairs where it took more than a month to fix. I only fetched my vehicle on the 22nd of September without my umbrella and car keys holder inside. Could you please escalate this matter so that I can be able to get my ****** umbrella and car keys holder back?

I would like to commend Kekelesto from the dispute resolution team for her follow-up on this matter.
I got my umbrella at Renew-It Bedfordview yesterday from Monica, but I was not pleased with its condition as it was still new and I found it open and it seemed like somebody in the workshop was using it.
