Third party Insurance

I have received your email with the Ref *** and I came to my attention and I am not sure if your client gave you correct information regarding the accident due to his negligent driving ,since he was in hurry for a bolt trip ,he was advised that we can both go to the police station/Metro to report the accident the very same day the accident happened but he couldn’t and he requested a compensation of R3000 since he got a local mechanic from orange farm from me which is I have declined since he was at fault I still have records of our conversation should you need more information and now I am getting sms from budget insurance of settlement fee of R11625.30 and summons being insured where your client was at fault ..he drover while my vehicle was on motion and overtake my car in front and all the others stopped but he was the only was that drove off since it was my turn to cross then now budget insurance ,I still have records of the conversation and as I third party I have advised him we can go to the nearest police station and he advised he can’t I can pay him cash and I still refused since he was at fault then and why do I have to pay for his fault and his insurance should cover his compensation and I have been asking them to contact me so I can send his conversation but no one bothered to contact me or revert to my mails
