Third-party Cover a ****
At first I was very happy with Budget because they paid out my claim but, got very disappointed when they didn’t pay out the third-party claim. The third party claimed from the insurance and they didn’t pay him out and I had to pay him outside of my pocket. They told the third party to claim from the Municipality and this person wanted me to pay for the damages. I had no choice but to do so, because he was going to sue me for the damages to his vehicle.
