The inconvenience budget insurance has caused is unacceptable, the dispute department is telling me to wait 15 days while I have been waiting from the 17 June 2024 for them to solve my issue. Now because of their inconvenience there is a storage fee which I should pay because they don't pay for storage and i had notified in advance about the storage fee. No one has solutions in the whole company, I am told to wait on someone who has never given me an update nor communicated with me in any form.
