Third party claim

Budget insurance prolong claim with no strong legs to stand on. I have been waiting on a manager to approve, but I was told that once the claim was approved I would be able to claim ,the claim was approved two weeks ago but I'm still waiting. The dishonest I have received is beyond, the disrespect I have received ,the undermining from some of the employees, I can't even explain. The Telesure Group is just not helpful.
