<p>My ID nr is ********** 577082 reference ********** 021. I had a policy with budget insurance underwritten by auto and general/telesure. They sent notice to cancel my uber insurance as they are no longer covering uber, that's fine but they were in the process of recovering access from a third party of R6000 which the useless call centre agent AB says he can't pick up the claim because ypu guys have already cancelled the policy even though I only cancels and of the month. red party says they paid the insurance but I haven't received it from theninsurance who conveniently cancelled the policy and can't find the claim. </p>
