They want to increase scratch and dent repair to R87 and some cents after even speaking to them ans they emailed papers about it they still push for another amount from my bank of R119
They want to increase scratch and dent repair to R87 and some cents after even speaking to them ans they emailed papers about it they still push for another amount from my bank of R119. That is not right. They tell one thing but force another thing.

18 May 2026, 16:40Yes please Budget Insurance sort this out by calling me. How can the man tell me it will be R87 something and emailed me about it but still push for a debit order of R119? That is not right. So please let us soet this out otherwise I might go look for another insurer.

19 May 2026, 08:35I wonder what Budget Insurance is up to. How can they try to fix by calling mebut only let my phone ring once and then the call gets dropped? They got the other day a reward for excellent customer service but I have my doubts. Come with force selling and not resolving the issue.
