They use unregistere...
They use unregistered vat..... Business that work out of there gerages and fixes tv's to asses problems.... On which they have no experience..... I have a Playstation 5 and the motherboard broke ....and they say it is due to wear and tear but I have only had it for about 3 years and Where I live we have a lot of power outages unplanned... I have phoned numerous console repair shops and all of them agree that overheating and or a power surge is the most comment problem why a ps5 motherboard would break.... I even went to a IT store and had them asses the problem and even they say it is a power surge.. But still budget denies my claim.... And the best part is... Budget phoned the IT STORE which I took my PS5 and then Budget phoned me and said that they say no evedince was found of a power surge.... But I got a copy of the conversation and that is not what they are saying at all they are saying power surge... And NOBODY from budget phones back I HAVE TO PHONE THEM EVERYDAY.

I have already waited 3 weeks for someone to get back to me.. But nothing....

BUDGET INSURANCE IS ***** AND VERY BERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ..and I hope and pray that people see my review and stay as far away as possibly from budget insurance. .RATHER GO TO OUTSURANCE... Because Budget does not CARE how long they have to make you wait...... And they simply don't want to help. .. Everyday I have to hear someone will phone me before the end of business but for three weeks nothing no calls from them even though I have a damage reports from vat registered company's that say power surge but they will use every excuse to not help you they send BONGWE ETL ENTERPRISE RO ASSES ELECTRONICS BUT THEY ARE NOT A VAT REGISTERED COMPANY AND THEY WORK OUT OF THERE GERAGE FIXING Tv's PLEASE PEPOLE GO GOOGLE THAT COMPANY AND SEE FOR YOURSELF WHAT TYPE OF PEPOLE BUDGET INSURANCE SENDS TO ASSES
