They took my Carpers and Manual Books

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. From my vehicle being damaged (scratched) while in your care. Upon collecting my vehicle from the repairer, I realise that my car matts /carpets aren't there, which were there when the car was taken from me.

My manual book and the book of life which they took with the car are also not there. The repairer confirms that those weren't there when the vehicle arrived.

In addition, my front seats now do not work properly. I am unable to adjust them and they do not seat straight. All these issues were not there, this is a new car
