They refuse to pay my claim

Completely frustrated, I claimed over three weeks ago, all I get is the run around from a useless employee named Goodness,. They dont want to par out my claim. When I call they always say they'll call back but never do. Different people are telling Different stories

I am honestly highly disappointed with budget, very useless when you are in distress
