They have the worse customer service

They have the worse customer service. I have a policy with them but when I tried to claim they just keep on procrastinating until I run out of airtime every time I call them they do not help but delay me on purpose by referring me to another person and that person will do the same and refer to another person until I'm out of airtime. They are really the worst.
