They are useless! I wanted to cancel my insurance, and waited over 45mins to speak to someone. I kept on being diverted to another department. My insurance runs from the 25th of every month, debit order goes off on the 25th of August for cover until 25th of September. I canceled my insurance on the 23rd of September as I no longer needed the insurance, cause I was selling my car. The debit order was not canceled on their side and it went off my bank account on the 25th September for cover for October. When I asked Budget for a refund, they refused and told me that I had to give them details of who I sold my car to before they could refund me. What BS! It has got nothing to do with them who I sold my car to? Really Budget??!
