They are the worst when it comes to communication

They are the worst when it comes to communication. During my claim I constantly had to follow up, at some point I had missing documents that I was not aware of but because I was a diligent customer I had to follow up to get that information . Then they promised to refund me one premium because it was paid during the investigation period, when I followed up with the consultant who gave me these news he did not respond to my emails, like the rest of the others. I gave them a call and I am still waiting on that refund.. just RUN away from them if you can.
