They are absolutely pathetic

They are absolutely pathetic. I’m still waiting for an answer about my car that was damaged by hail three weeks ago. The claim was approved on the 29th of October and now waiting for the assessor for an answer. In the meantime I’m stuck without a car as the car can’t be driven because the windscreen is shattered. This is very inconvenient and a very unpleasant experience. My husbands car is already being repaired. I guess Outsurance has way better service.
