Theft from motor vehicle

On 28th of July 2015 I went To A Butchery At Hokaai Gift Acres PTA. I made sure that Ford Bantam bakkie Is Locked As Well As The Canopy And That All Windows Are Closed. When I came out if the butcher the windows of the canopy was open. When I checked my Cyclo Polish machine worth R10 000 and other stuff were gone. I reported it to the security on duty and to the police. The next day to Budget Insurance. I've submitted all my documents as they requested. I've phoned them several times and they just said the consultant who handle my claim will call me back within 30 minutes every day. Today I phoned again & same story. Later on I asked to for a manager and I was informed that Claim was rejected because it was not force entry.<br> How can they determine if it was force entry or not If they did not even send an assessor out to my vehicle. The consultant dealing with my claim does not even call me back irrespective of the messages left. He only reply on email<br> The machines that was stollen from my Ford Bantam Bakkie was under the insurance and my premiums are paid up to date. SEND AN ASSESSOR OUT TO EVALUATE. HOW CAN A SYSTEM REJECT WITHOUT EVALUATION! <br> VERY UNHAPPY!
