The WORST service from Budget
I had an accident on the 6th July 2025. To date I am waiting on the refund for my access which no one seems to have urgency on paying back.
It doesn’t matter that you guys gave me a BS story about fixing my front bumper which I eventually paid for out of pocket, now you’re just not paying back 13k owed to me.
This is really disappointing.
