The worst service ever - watch out guys

A month ago I claimed with budget, the claims consultant Clyde Henecke wasted my time by not doing his job because he has other duties outside the office. There was a 10 day delay because of clyde. I had to complain before my claim was approved. Not only is the service disgusting but they use poor panelbeaters, my car has been at the panelbeater for a full month now and it has not been repaired. So those that are thinking of joining budget should think twice because when u claim they will take their sweet time and ull be wasting your airtime calling people that are not willing to help or do their jobs
