The worst insurence company in South Africa

The worst service I have ever expirienced in my entire life Got stuck by the side of the highway at 2 58 pm ran out of fuel I then used the what's app number to log in for road side assistance my word the worst mistake of my life I waited for 30 min no one came I ended up calling the o86 number was I not thrown from pillar to post excuses system down 30 min later load shedding was the reason 30 min later we taking all road side assist by hand 30 min later some guy called Jason called and said I must walk across N1 highway to cross to waterkloof a busy intersection leave my car with my valuables unattended and go and get diesel the last lady was a joke she said we don't know if you going to pay the diesel or not what made me write this review just about 9 30 pm after I have called my brother to come all the way from centurion which I should have done in the first place a lady from budget called to say we sending a car to help , can you believe these people the whole road side assit department at budget is a joke in competent lying people I can cannot believe the people who run that department 5 calls, to the department 4 hours later still no raod side assist what if I was attacked and ****** why advertise a product you cannot provide joke budget insurence is a joke.
