The Worst experience with budget insurance

Worst experience I had with budget insurance. I had an accident and made a claim budget insurance took a whole month to conduct their investigation. After a month they told me that my claim was declined due to my negligence, I didn't apply brakes in that area before the accident happened. I asked for my tracker report which shows I was traveling 99 in a 60km zone. My contact with budgets insurance is over 40km of the normal speed zone. Their report says I was traveling over100km and when I ask them how did they get to that speed the guy said tracker report is not accurate. He even said my claim is high. After I come back from hospital they gave me courtesy car immediately they declined my claim they told me tomorrow I must return the vehicle to the rental place. Basically when your car has more value don't insure it with budget insurance because they will decline your claim. After being with them from my first car and on my second car I get accident they declined it not even paying half basically I was just giving them my money for all those years for nothing. That's my worst experience with budget insurance.
