The worst experience ever having to deal with Budget insurance in a time of need

The worst experience ever having to deal with Budget insurance in a time of need. I have always given great reviews about my interactions with the sales people and so forth , however at a time when I needed help after having my house broken into on the 16th of March....for lack of a better word I find my treatment disgusting, emotionally and physically draining. I have paid my premiums religiously for the last 7 years. First I was blamed for taking the wrong cover only to find out when I requested the recordings, that in fact it is their consultant who did not do the job properly. Now the battle is "we will give u so much in cash and so much in a gift card" I do not remember ever paying my premiums with a gift card. Budget insurance is the worst out there.
