The smooth process has been with my claim. Kavish and Sharon have been helpful, taking me through the processes in detail. They've been patient and made me comfortable the entire process. I can't recall the name of the lady who initially assisted when I reported my accident and was helpful with lodging the claim. She was indeed a STAR!! The highlight of the whole situation is when Kavish recommended options of obtaining another vehicle. Awesome service from Budget insurance, I have been insured with Budget for years and not even thinking of any other insurance than Budget.
